Dog Daycare and Training Testimonials
We would like to share with you some of our client’s experiences with our doggie daycare in Alphartetta and what a difference our dog daycare made on their whole family. Our doggie day care Atlanta is one of a kind. There are mentally stimulating toys and an automatic ball thrower as well as agility equipment for them to play on. Our Atlanta Dog daycare is rated number one by our clients and the many veterinarians that use our dog daycare in Alpharetta, located next to Milton high School. Come take a tour and see what fun our dogs are having in our Alpharetta dog daycare.
Dear Susie,
We have been searching for a good dog daycare in Atlanta and are so happy we found your dog daycare in Alpharetta.
We wanted to let you know how happy we are with your Alpharetta dog daycare. The doggie day care in Alpharetta has made a huge difference in Sir Charles behavior with our cat and older dog. Before bringing him to your dog day care he constantly went after our 11 yr old Jack Russell to play and of course Jiggles did not want to have any part of it.
Now when we take him home he is a different dog. He is not stressed out and jumping on anyone or anything in his path. He seems so much happier now since he has been coming to your Dog Day care in Alpharetta. He runs and plays with all his new friends and he is so happy to be there.
Thank you for your great care of Sir Charles.
Sincerely,
Jane Jackson
Susie,
What a difference a few hours of your dog day care in Alpharetta can make!
I brought our Yellow Lab, Shiloh to Susie thinking we would need 24 hour a day training. He was 14 months at the time, jumping on everyone and biting at our feet. That's just a few of the problems we were experiencing. Our 11 year old son loved Shiloh so much, but was absolutely afraid of him and did not trust his movements. It had even gotten to the point that friends coming to play would call ahead and ask us to put Shiloh in his crate. We knew our son could not be enjoying the situation, and then we became concerned about the safety of children visiting. That's when we knew we needed emergency help!
Susie met Shiloh and immediately knew that the problems we were experiencing could be helped with Daycare. Due to her reputation, credentials, and personal meeting, I trusted her judgment. I'm so glad that I did. After the very first day of daycare, Shiloh came to the car calmer, and was tired from playing and running all day. He was so sweet, and actually laid down rather than trying to climb everywhere. When we arrived home, he came inside and rested. My 11 year old was thrilled to pet him and hug Shiloh the way he had always wanted to. It was beautiful to see them finally have the relationship we all want with our animals.
It's only gotten better from there and now the neighborhood friends ask if Shiloh can come out to play rather than stay in his crate ~ they all have a great time.
Shiloh loves going to daycare and playing with the other dogs. He also enjoys the staff of Atlanta Dog Trainer. Everyone we have met has been very professional and "knows their
stuff." I'm always being given little tips to make everything even better.
Oh, and one of the best parts is that my husband has stopped claiming he would find a new home for Shiloh.
Thanks, Rocheal
To Susie Aga
Wow!!!Dante (the terrible) the rescue Dachshund who bit me twice, wasn't house trained, didn't respond to his name, didn't respond to commands, ran away whenever the opportunity presented itself and wouldn't hesitate to bit others became Dante (the incredible). Susie the progress has been incredible during the obedience class and the take home instructions were simple and easy to follow. I have to tell you about Dante now;
- sits upon command and remains in that position until commanded otherwise
- remains at the threshold of the house door until given the command to exit, no more running away
- remains at the threshold of the car door until given the command to do otherwise
- is now housebroken
- no longer jumps on people
- lays down on command and doesn't change positions until given a command,
- when off leash a simple call gets his attention
- he is now learning tricks
Susie, the most amazing thing is he is a happier dog and I am a proud owner. Please let me know when the Intermediary Class begins.

What I like best about Susie's dog training is her philosophy. It's all very positive. My dog absolutely wants to do what I ask. With positive motivation, praise and a little practice, I find my dog Morgan easily doing what I ask. Dogs really want to please us their parents, and with Susie's type of dog training they learn how.
Different dogs have so many different personalities, just like their owners. Susie takes the time to evaluate pets as individuals and determine their strengths and weaknesses. She focuses on patiently finding creative ways to encourage the right kind of training for owners and their dogs.

"In all seriousness, I have to say that you are one of the BEST experts I have cast thus far on the show. You are completely professional and more than anything else that is what is most important. Our viewers got great tips from you and I was very proud of the episode".
"Susie Aga is a go-to person for any information on new or existing dog owner may need. Her dedication to helping our four footed friends is exemplary and their is no trek to far for her to venture if it is for the sake of helping a dog in need or teaching owners and their pets better training techniques. When I finally adopt a dog, Susie will be my source for anything canine related."

I have worked with Susie with my personal dog, and Susie worked with my patients' dogs as well. Having done an internship with a Veterinary Behaviorist I see Susie's methods are right on track. I recommend her for any level of obedience training as well as any and all behavioral problems.

"I have gone to many dog trainers in my life time, and in my opinion Susie Aga far surpasses any of the other trainers I have worked with."

I had a fear aggressive dog and it was getting worse and worse. Bailey would snarl and growl at everyone and every dog that came near him. Also, he was getting to a point where he was scared of everything, any little noise…he would climb up my chest if I was sitting down, or hide behind me. I tried all kinds of things, DVD’s, watching trainers on TV, but knew I had to get personal help and private lessons. I found Susie’s name on the Internet. The first day I met with Susie, Bailey growled at her but on the last day of training, he was sitting on the ground next to her eating treats from her hand. Bailey still has some aggression, but I have “learned to control it” - that was one of the major things the training did for Bailey and me. I had to become the “alpha dog.” Now, when I say something or put him in his place, he knows I mean business. I still take him over to the dog park, when I can, to get used to being around more dogs of different sizes and to attend her classes – we, of course, sit on the sidelines, but Bailey does very well. Susie is a great trainer, patient, knowledgeable about different aspects of training and tries to really understand the connection between dog and owner so that she can get to the real heart of the matter. I don’t know what I would have done if I had not found her and gotten Bailey into training. I know Bailey and I are living happier lives because of Susie Aga.

Susie,
We want to thank you for working with us and our new dogs, Rusty, Kisses, and Kelsey. When they came to live with us, they had been lost and living at an animal shelters; they were not offered to the general public but held aside since they were supposedly cage aggressive. Our senior Golden Retriever had just died, and we were really not ready to adopt but they were beautiful and deserved a chance. That first week with them was scary!
You came to us highly recommended by an area veterinarian’s staff, so we called. Because of you, we have wonderful, obedient, caring new members of our family. Not only did you give us training advice for our dogs, but also you shared with us the secrets to fulfilling this advice and making a happy dog home. You know all the clues to training dogs; often more important is the job you do training owners! You always had good ideas for incorporating our pups into our household. They are so wonderful now that it’s hard to imagine that first week!
As the intake coordinator for Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta, I’ve come in contact with hundreds of dogs; your training has given me a much better idea how to work with them. We’ve fostered about two dozen dogs during this past year and have had good experiences largely due to what you taught us (not taught our dog)! Nothing was ever hard; you just stressed respect, love, continuity, fairness, firmness, logical problem solving, and practice, practice, practice. Thanks for making our lives easier and helping our pups become respectful members of our community.
