About our Group Classes
Woof woof! Welcome to our dog obedience training program! We understand that every dog is unique and may have different needs when it comes to training. That's why we offer a variety of classes to help your furry friend become the well-behaved pup they were meant to be.
Whether you have a new puppy in need of basic manners and housebreaking or an older dog struggling with aggression issues, we can help. Our trainers specialize in behavior modification and are here to support you and your furry friend every step of the way.
Our classes are designed to be small and intimate, with no more than 7-8 dogs in a class to ensure individualized attention for each pup. Our puppy classes are even smaller, with only 4-6 puppies per class. All of our classes run for one hour and are held outside to allow for plenty of fresh air and room to run and play.
If you're interested in learning more about our dog obedience training program or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out! We'd love to chat with you and help you get started on your journey to a happier, well-behaved dog.
Our group classes are held once a week for an hour at a consistent day and time.
Please note that class dates may be postponed due to weather.
If a class is full when we receive your registration form, we will either place you in an overflow class at the same location or refund your tuition.
If the offered locations and dates do not work for you, we can arrange classes in your area. Contact us for more details.
If you have any questions about our dog or puppy obedience classes, don't hesitate to reach out! We're happy to help.
We have several people interested in weekday classes on Monday or Tuesday before noon. If you are interested, please contact us.

Classes are held once a week at the same day and time for 5 consecutive weeks.
Classes are held outside to ensure social distancing.
The course is designed to be completed at your own pace.
The price of $210 includes "The Life of the Dog Services."
If your class session falls on a holiday weekend that prevents you from attending, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a make-up session for you.
Our classes are held at the same location and time for 5 consecutive weeks to provide consistency and structure for your dog. In between classes, you'll receive go home lessons and homework handouts to help you continue training your dog at home.
Our classes are designed to be completed at your own pace, so you can work on training your dog as much or as little as you'd like. We recommend doing 3-4 sessions of 5-10 minutes a day to achieve the curricula within the 5 week time frame.
We'll provide you with all the tools you need to train your dog effectively, and it's up to you to decide when and how much to use them. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills and knowledge to continue training your dog at your own pace and even train any future dogs you may have.

Training Tips
Here at Atlanta Dog Trainer, we understand that finding the right training class for you and your furry friend can be overwhelming. That's why we've compiled a list of tips to help you make an informed decision.
When looking for a group class, it's important to consider the size of the class. Large classes with 9 or more dogs can be overwhelming and make it difficult to receive personalized attention. That's why our classes at Atlanta Dog Trainer are small and intimate, allowing us to give you and your dog individualized attention.
Before signing up for a class with us, be sure to check the curriculum to make sure it covers the issues and commands that are important to you. It's also a good idea to get at least 2 vet references for the trainer to ensure they are reputable and experienced. We're proud to have 45 vet references at Atlanta Dog Trainer, so you can trust that your dog is in good hands with us.
Our classes at Atlanta Dog Trainer are held at the same location and time for a predetermined number of weeks, depending on the specialization. We also offer a "commitment for the life of your dog" pledge, ensuring that we are always here to support you and your furry friend.
And don't forget to have fun! Our classes at Atlanta Dog Trainer are held outdoors and are a blast for both you and your dog. Just be sure to dress appropriately and remember that aggressive dogs are not allowed unless they have undergone a prior evaluation.
